FAQ
How can I avoid waiting times?
You have the option to book an appointment with us online.
How much does a treatment cost?
Your treatment is billed according to TARMED. The cost depends on the length of the consultation, as well as any additional examinations, tests such as laboratory and X-ray, and the dispensing of medication.
When do I need to pay the bill directly at the practice?
Any patient without a valid insurance card must pay for treatment on site in cash or by credit card. This also applies to services that cannot be billed through health insurance, such as employment references, traffic medical examinations, diving forms, etc.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We are happy to accept new patients. Please schedule your first consultation by calling 044 865 77 77 or booking online through our appointment tool.
What do I need to bring as a new patient for the first consultation?
Please bring your health insurance card. It is also helpful to bring your previous medical records including a medication list.
What do I need to bring for a traffic medical examination?
Please bring the EMEDKO code from your road traffic office invitation. We also need your medication card and, for identification, your driving licence and an official ID document in original (e.g. passport or ID card).
