Work Capacity Assessments
We provide well-founded, independent assessments of your work capacity, delivered clearly, transparently, and in full legal compliance.

Why you might need it
A medical certificate is often required by employers or insurers, for example during longer illness. A careful assessment helps you recover without pressure, protects your entitlements towards daily-allowance and social insurers, and plans – where possible – a step-by-step return to work.
What to expect
We discuss your complaints, the demands of your workplace and your resilience. On this basis we set the degree and likely duration of incapacity – often as partial incapacity, which allows an earlier return. Where needed, we coordinate with other specialists.
Key benefits
A medically grounded, comprehensible assessment
Support in communicating with employer and insurer
Planning a step-by-step return rather than "all or nothing"
Assessment by a team that knows your medical history
Who it’s for
Employees temporarily unable to work due to illness or injury
People who need an incapacity certificate for an employer or insurer
People planning a supported return to work
Good to know
An assessment by your treating physician is not the same as an independent insurance expert report (Gutachten): we assess from the treatment perspective, whereas expert reports are commissioned by the insurer.
Illness-related treatment is covered by basic insurance; purely administrative or form-filling services for third parties may be billed separately.
Bring any relevant documents from your employer or insurer so we can issue the certificate correctly.
