Why you might need it
Sport is healthy – when it suits you. A sports-medicine consultation makes sense before starting a new sport, with recurring complaints, after injuries, or when you want to increase performance safely. A check is also worthwhile before intense exertion later in life.
What to expect
We discuss your sporting goals and history, examine you physically and check cardiovascular function and capacity as needed. You then receive concrete recommendations on training, prevention and – if necessary – treatment or further investigation.
