We inform you about potential risks, recommended preventive vaccinations, and prophylactic medication. We carry out any necessary tests and issue the required documents. We are also happy to prepare a travel first-aid kit for you.

Depending on destination and travel style, different health risks apply. A travel-medicine consultation is especially worthwhile for long-haul trips, longer stays, chronic conditions, or if you develop complaints after returning that could be travel-related.
What to expect
We discuss your destination and health, check your vaccination status and recommend appropriate vaccinations and, if relevant, malaria prophylaxis. After your return we investigate travel-related complaints. The official Swiss platform healthytravel.ch serves as a reference.

Good to know
Travel vaccinations and travel-medicine consultations are usually not covered by basic insurance and are billed privately.
Yellow-fever vaccination may only be given at authorised centres.
Ideally plan the consultation 4–6 weeks before departure.
