Check-up Examinations
Prevention is the best medicine. With our comprehensive health checks, we identify risks early and help you stay healthy long-term.

Why you might need it
Many conditions – high blood pressure, raised blood lipids or early diabetes – cause no symptoms for a long time. A check-up makes sense if you want to review your health, have a family history of disease, want to adjust your lifestyle, or simply want reassurance.
What to expect
We take time for a thorough conversation, measure blood pressure, weight and body-mass index among other things, and carry out a physical examination. Depending on your needs we add blood tests or an ECG. At the end we discuss the results and, where needed, concrete next steps.
Key benefits
Early detection of risks before symptoms appear
A personal assessment instead of anonymous standard packages
Concrete, practical recommendations for everyday life
Baseline values to compare against in future years
Who it’s for
Adults who want to review their health
People with a family history (cardiovascular, diabetes, cancer)
People with risk factors such as overweight, smoking or stress
Anyone who wants to manage their lifestyle consciously
Good to know
Basic insurance (OKP) only covers certain legally defined preventive and early-detection measures (e.g. specific cancer screenings or vaccinations). A general "wellness" check-up without a medical indication is usually self-pay or covered by supplementary insurance.
Before the examination we tell you transparently which parts are likely to be covered and which are not.
Come fasting if blood sugar or blood lipids are to be measured – we'll let you know when booking.
