HRV Measurements (Heart Rate Variability) for Individual Burnout Risk Detection
HRV Measurements (Heart Rate Variability) for Individual Burnout Risk Detection
Using state-of-the-art measurement technology, we analyse your heart rate variability to detect individual stress levels and burnout risks before they become a problem.

Why you might need it
Chronic stress often only shows up late through symptoms. An HRV measurement can help make your personal balance of strain and recovery tangible – as a prompt to take action early. It does not replace a diagnosis, however, but serves as an aid for discussion and orientation.
What to expect
The measurement is simple and non-invasive: your heart rhythm is recorded over a short period. We then discuss the results together and put them in the context of your everyday life, your stresses and your recovery habits.
Key benefits
Makes the balance of tension and recovery visible
A prompt to address stress early
A simple, non-invasive measurement
Personal discussion of results in your context
Who it’s for
People under high professional or personal strain
People who want to understand their stress level better
Anyone wanting to act early against looming exhaustion
Good to know
HRV measurement is a complementary method with limited scientific validity; it is a tool for orientation and discussion, not a stand-alone burnout test.
It is not among the services covered by mandatory basic insurance and is usually billed privately.
With clear symptoms, a proper medical assessment always comes first – the measurement does not replace it.
